Kazi Mohammad Mortuza Ali, a veteran insurance personality of Bangladesh who emerged as one of the most successful chief executives of family takaful business. Currently, He is the Director General of Bangladesh Institute for Professional Development. Before this, he was Managing Director of Prime Islami Life Insurance Limited (PILIL). During 13 years he made PILIL as one of the most prominent and reputed life insurance companies through his dynamic leadership. He also served as Chief Consultant of PILIL during 2015 to 2019.
He is a Fellow of the Islamic Economics Research Bureau, Norwegian Shipping Academy (Oslo) and Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute (London). He was member of Asia Pacific Risk & Insurance Association (Singapore), life Member of Bangladesh Society for Training & Development (Dhaka). Now Vice President at Bangladesh Insurance Professional Society.
Mr. Ali has served as a consultant for different national and international organizations such as;
