Introduction:
The Bangladesh Institute for Professional Development (BIPD) is an IDRA accredited institute established in 2015. It is incorporated as a legal entity under the Companies Act. The general objective of the BIPD is to promote human capital development through conducting training, workshop, research, education and other professional activities. Course Design:
We are pleased to offer a unique professional certified course on “Takaful”. The course has been designed and offered for the executives of insurance industry. Reputed resource persons have been invited to conduct the sessions. This course will help the insurance/takaful professionals to acquire intricacies of Takaful and its differences with conventional insurance, contractual relationship, operational framework, principles and practices of Takaful mechanism. This course will be also beneficial for the Islamic Banks and Financial institutes of Financial and all related sector.

In different sessions thread bare discussions will be held on international governance standards for Takaful, potentials and challenges of Takaful. This will help the participants to grasp all aspects of Takaful operation. The course has been designed in line with the curriculum of Chartered Insurance Institute of London.
