Introduction:
The Bangladesh Institute for Professional Development (BIPD) is an IDRA accredited institute established in 2015. It is incorporated as a legal entity under the Companies Act. Why Career Development Program (CDP)?
Career development is directly linked to the goals and objectives set by an individual. It starts with self-actualization and self-assessment of one’s interests and capabilities. The interests are then matched with the available options in the job market.
CDP is required by our students and those who desire to join in the job market and those who need to train himself/herself to acquire the skills needed for the career path chosen by him/her. After acquiring the desired competency, s/he has to perform to achieve the goals and targets set by him/her be upscaling the skills needed for the career path chosen by him/her.
An Important goal of this specially designed program is to develop learners’ communicative competence, interpersonal skills and presentation skills for both academic as well as professional purposes.

Mr. M A Wahab:
M A Wahab received M. Com. (with Honors in Finance) from Dhaka University in 1978 and completed Chartered Accountancy course from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and Post-graduation in HR Management (PGDHRM) from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), Dhaka.
With more than 36 years’ practical experiences in senior level positions in policy making levels at various multinational and reputed national organizations like, Dhaka City College, CIBA-GEIGY, Swedish Match, Hamdard, Jamuna bridge project, Swisscontact, Navana, etc. now he keeps himself busy as a Facilitator and Coach of HR and Finance at Academy for Innovative Management (AIM), as the lead Consultant as well as free-lance Consultant.
He is a fellow of The Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), he was an EC member and member of Academic Council of IPM, Examiner of Dhaka University and part-time faculty of American International University of Bangladesh (AIUB) and a trainer of Rupali Bank Limited Training Institute
