NGOs are extremely important in Bangladesh hence managerial skills are also very important for NGOs to succeed and prosper. The first challenge is to professionalize – to have the right systems and procedures, ensure that every employee has proper JD & KPIs, and ensure that the vision, mission & core values are there.
