Introduction:
The Bangladesh Institute for Professional Development (BIPD) is an IDRA accredited training institute established in 2015. It is incorporated as a legal entity under the Companies Act. The general objective of the BIPD is to promote human capital development through conducting training, workshop, research, education and other professional activities. So far BIPD has organized various seminar, training, workshop and courses where more than 38,000 participants attended from various institutions and organizations.
Course Context:
Productivity of an organization is mainly dependent on highly skilled people and their performance. Without quality people we cannot have quality management. Quality and productivity are inter related. All managers irrespective of their ranks and responsibilities need to learn the ways and means motivate people for enhancing job satisfaction and build effective team for business development.
Further, in order to ensure quality sales management, the sales professionals and leaders ought to be effective so that they can motivate new recruits and sales supervisors for creating productive and super sales team. The sales leaders need to know how to gain confidence of customers and provide quality customers services. They ought to know how to retain customers and enhance loyal customers.
Sales managers should have action plans for providing best customer services and implement those plan and make necessary changes in sales strategies. This webinar on “Enhancing Productivity & Quality Sales” will help to change the attitude and perceptions of the participants regarding productivity, quality and total performance.

We are offering a fee (excluding vat & tax) Tk. 400 /- (Net) per participant. If 2 to 4 persons join from one organizations, the course fee will be TK. 350/- (Net) per participant. For 5 or more from same organization per participant’s fee has been fixed at Tk. 300/- (Net)

Mr. Ali, is the Director General of Bangladesh Institute for Professional Development (BIPD). He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) London by examination and a graduate in “Professional shipping” from Norwegian Shipping Academy Oslo. He is a law graduate & post graduate in Industrial Management.
Mr. Ali, possesses 50 years professional experience in Banking, Shipping, Marketing, Insurance, Consultancy and Training. He possess professional qualifications from home and abroad. His experiences include:-

- Managing Director-13 years
- Chief Executive Officer (Director)-7 years
- General Manager (Commercial)-4 years
- Deputy and Assistant General Manager-7 years

He served as specialist member of the “Committee” formed by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for reforming Insurance laws and enacting new laws. He also served as Member of the “Committee” formed by the Honorable President’s Secretariat of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to investigate an alleged “Marine Insurance Claim & Maritime Fraud”. He has provided Consultancy Service under ADB project and WHO projects as “Insurance Regulatory Specialist” and “Social Health Insurance Consultant”. Presently he is serving as sub-consultant of World Bank Project.
He served as the member of Governance and Ethics Committee of the Board of Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) based in Manama and member of the Development Committee of International Co-operative and Mutual Insurance Federation (ICMIF), London.
