Introduction:
The Bangladesh Institute for Professional Development (BIPD) is an IDRA accredited institute established in 2015.It is incorporated as a legal entity under the Companies Act. The general objective of the BIPD is to promote human capital development through conducting training, workshop, education and other professional activities.

Why team building?
An organization consist of a number of people in patterned relationship. Training is necessary in every organization to enhance the team building exercise. It is very effective to accomplishing its task and in satisfying the needs of the group members of the organization.

Training Methodology:
This course will be conducted following a participatory and interactive approach. There will be a right mixture of methods and techniques in presentation and discussion. Learning will be primarily based on the experience that participant trainers and the facilitators/resource persons will bring to the classroom. The facilitator will provide an assessment of the effectiveness that the activities provided by the organization along with possible follow up events to maintain team cohesiveness.

Resource Persons:

Mr. M A Wahab received M. Com. (with Honors in Finance) from Dhaka University in 1978 and completed Chartered Accountancy course from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and Post-graduation in HR Management (PGDHRM) from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), Dhaka.

With more than 36 years’ practical experiences in senior level positions in policy making levels at various multinational and reputed national organizations like, Dhaka City College, CIBA-GEIGY, Swedish Match, Hamdard, Jamuna bridge projecet, Swisscontact, Navana, etc. now he keeps himself busy as a Facilitator and Coach of HR and Finance at Academy for Innovative Management (AIM), as the lead Consultant as well as free-lance Consultant.
He is a fellow of The Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), he was an EC member and member of Academic Council of IPM, Examiner of Dhaka University and part-time faculty of American International University of Bangladesh (AIUB) and a trainer of Rupali Bank Limited Training Institute.
Mr. Wahab is a qualified ISO Auditor of IRCA, U.K. and has got specialization in system review and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), Financial, HR and Administrative policies. He is specialist in Human Capital development and strengthening internal control. Wahab is a member of Intellectual Property Association of Bangladesh (IPAB). He is one of the members of Board of Trustees of Acid Survival Foundation (ASF).
